Ingredients
- Carrot
- All purpose flour
- Baking powder
- Baking soda
- Butter Milk
- Sugar
- Cranberry
- Almonds
- Salt
Method:
- Mix the dry ingredients together in a bowl.
- Fine grate the carrots and keep it separately
- To the dry ingredients add butter milk and blend it well.
- Finally add almonds, cranberries and carrot to the cake batter and fold it together.
- Bake the cake batter in 450 degrees for 20 minutes.
