Wheat chips

Ingredients

  1. Wheat flour
  2. Salt
  3. Oil
Method


  • Make a dough with wheat flour by adding warm water and salt

  • Make small balls with the dough

  • Roll each ball like we do for chapathi

  • Cut the rolled dough into peices in a desired shape.

  • Deep fry the dough peices in oil.

  • Yummy wheat chips ready for evening snack
