Dry fruits
Grapes
Curd
Salt
Curry leaves
Method:
- Boil water in a pan and add vermicelli
- Drain the water when the vermicelli is soft and cooked
- Let it cool down
- Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds
- When the mustard splutters add urad dhal and curry leaves
- Then add red chillies and fry
- Add this tadka to the cold vermicelli along with curd and salt. Mix it well
- Garnish with dry fruits and grapes.
